- My Terms are easy and in making a deposit, you agree to these terms typed below:
Please do not make a deposit until all details for the suit are finalized. Read everything below. Be sure to understand everything below. I will be as detailed with you as possible, but once work is started, major changes will not be accepted. Minor changes will be addressed as they come up. If there is an issue, please let me know… we can work it out!

- Any changes made after the deposit is made:
If there are any changes as to fur choices, options added, etc, I may charge extra for the time it takes to discuss said changes. Please be sure we have everything finalized before making a deposit.

- **Deposits are %100 non refundable.
The reason for this is because this part of your payment covers the fur +other materials. If you decide that you do not want the commission, AND if I have not started on it yet, I will send you the materials purchased for your character. Zero cash of the deposit will be refunded.

- Final Payment is due on agreed upon due date.
When I make a due date, I make it for the end of the month. As an example, when I say that your suit will be completed by the end of July, it may be completed at the begining of the month or closer to the end of the month. The final payment is due at the completion time of your suit or by the due date given. If I have not yet started your suit and you find that you may not be able to complete payment by the agreed upon date, please let me know. I will always email you to let you know that I am about to start on your suit. From that point depending on how complex your character is, total work time may take 3-5 business days. If ByCats4Cats completed your commission, you have not contacted me previously to make arrangements due to financial hardship and 3 weeks (21 days) has passed since the completion time of your suit, you give ByCats4Cats the right to sell your suit to a third party. In doing so you also forfeit your deposit. In other words, keep the communication lines open.

- Measurements
I do not require a duct tape dummy. About a month before I start work on your commission, I will go over and finalize all details with you and send you a detailed list of measurements I need. I use computer software to generate body patterns. I will give you a list of 9-10 measurements I need with full instructions on how to take them. These body sections will fit you but they will not be form fitting. (see below if you wish for more of a form fitting suit) Please be sure to ask me questions if you are unsure about certain measurements. We can also video on skype while you are getting measured so I can watch and participate to ensure a good fit. Because I use software to create your body, it is extremely percise. If the body does not fit for any reason, I will not remake the body. Again, if unsure on how to take any measurement, please ask.

- Form Fitting Body
Our body sections are meant to be a bit lose. If you require more of a form fitting body suit, please send us a duct tape dummy. If you require help in how to create one, let me know

- Progress Pictures
You will have your own folder on my website which you may check. I will post all progress pictures I may take there for you. You are free to do what you want with the pictures... post them on your website, FA, share them, whatever you like. I may also post progress pictures on Facebook, FA and Twitter. Once I complete items like heads and the completed suit, I usually post the pictures online after you see them first. If this suit is to be kept a secret, to debut at a specific event, please let me know otherwise I will post pictures online upon its completion.

- The final payment must be made before your suit is shipped out.
The way I work, after the deposit, nothing is due until you see final pictures of your project. For some people, its easier to make payments so you do not incur a large payment at completion time but that is completely up to you. Payments are to be made in US funds only. If PayPal funds are in the form of an ‘e-check’ I will wait until the payment clears before shipping. If you are having financial hardship and are unable to make the payment by the due date, talk to me… we can work stuff out. Please let me know.

Being as my heads are built on a martial arts headgear, they will not conform perfectly to your head for a snug fit. I will ensure that your eyes are at the proper height for vision, otherwise during normal wearing the head itself may swivel or tip on you. This is normal. Heads built by others on a balaclava do conform to the shape of everyone's head but as a result place the foam used directly on your face/forehead. This causes your sweat to be sucked into the foam which you can never fully remove. Heads from ByCats4Cats will never have that happen.

- *Feet height and arm length + details.
Feet have a 9” rise from the top of the foot itself. Hands have a 10” length behind the base of the palm. If you would like these longer or shorter, please let me know and I will adjust the quote. For those with a full fursuit with stripes or spots, no markings will be sewn into the hands or feet since they are intended to tuck into the body suit. If you wish to have markings sewn into the feet/hands, let me know and I will add that labor to the quote.

- Warranty
If there are any workmanship issues with the suit, I will gladly repair them for free up to 90 days after delivery. You will need to cover the cost to ship the suit to me, I will pay to ship it back to you. If you are located outside of North America (United States/Canada) I will not pay ANY postage for back and forth shipping. If its a simple as gluing on a nose or repairing a small seam, it may be faster and cheaper for you to find a local person to complete it for you. I am not responsible for repairs if obvious mis-use of the suit is present. Using the suit for anything other than costuming or using it for private intimate activity voids any warranty whatsoever. Wearing the suit for cuddling or sleeping in will ruin the fur. Before washing any parts of the suit, if you are unsure of the correct way to do so, it is your responsibility to contact me for instruction. I am not responsible for any part of the suit being ruined due to improper washing.

- International Customers (outside of the US)
All payments must be made in US funds. You may experience extra charges due to whatever amount the US dollar is exchanging for in your currency. I am not responsible for the fluctuation of currency exchange rates. Shipping outside of the US can range from $100-$300 so please be prepared for the shipping costs. Because I will not know the exact shipping cost until your project is boxed up, it will be due at that point (It can not be paid for in advance). You may also incur customs fees which range from 5%-20% of the project's value. This is nothing I have control over.
